Product Information
The brands we collaborate with are professional brands with years of experience in the sex toy industry. Most of our vibrators are manufactured in China. Through extensive research and on-site visits, we can see that their practices adhere to safety, ethics, and environmental standards.
All our vibrators are accompanied by a charging cable and a user manual. Please note that wall adapters are not included with any of our products.
Saftey
All of our vibrators are made of Body Safe silicone, Some of these parts may contain ABS material. We do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our silicone toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.
To keep it clean and happy, wash your vibrator with water and soap, then pat it dry with a clean towel. We recommend doing this before and after use. Don’t worry, All the toys are 100% waterproof.

Shipping
Most orders will be delivered in 7-10 days after orders are entered. Yellowow does not ship on weekends or postal holidays. Orders that include out-of-stock items are held until all items are in stock.
All the products in your order might not ship together (According to the Brand). Please note: if one of your items is out of stock temporarily, it will hold up your entire order until it becomes available.
The packaging we use for this product is completely discreet.
NOTE: International shipments may include a customs declaration.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your toys, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
If the product is unopened, full refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid after the product has been shipped back to us. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
If the product is opened, we do not accept the product back for hygienic purposes and we will give you a personalized 30% off coupon code for your next order!
